I find that the 2 posts about my undergoing plastic surgery has sparked some confusions among my small number of readers. Naturally, it is imperative that I clearly explain the real deal to avoid more false judgments surrounding my actions.
As paradoxical as this may sound, my purpose for undergoing 'plastic surgery' was not of beauty, but rather of health precautions. The so-called 'plastic surgery' (please mind the inverted commas) was actually an excision to the mole I have on my right cheek. It may have a chance to be malignant, considering my family history of cancer cases, so it is a safer option, medically, to have it excised.
My skin specialist was more than happy to have the excision done, however, my mother and I were worried of the permanent scar that the operation would leave. So my skin specialist referred me to a plastic surgeon, so that the scar from the excision would be less obvious. Even so, should you have the chance to meet me now, you will see a centipede-shaped scar on my right cheek, making me look like the daughter to a Chinese mafia gang.
I hope this is clear enough to prevent any more assumptions. Should there be any, I would be more than happy to call my mafia buddies to be creative plastic surgeons to alter your faces.
Thank you, and have a nice day.
