my god, it is so hot these days.
first you get the floods and the water supply inadequacy.
now you’re sweating all over from the massive heat of the sun.
man, the old Mother Nature must be really pissed. or maybe she’s just having late menopause symptoms.
i’ve successfully squandered my weekend, with no memory of what i did when i was, uh, squandering. we had a paintball league, which at just the first hearing of it, i have desperately tried to wriggle myself out of. i like playing paintball, but not competitively. come to think of it, i like all games and sports, if they’re not played competitively. then again, what’s the point of men creating all those, if not to upgrade their ego to a whole inconceivable level when glory is prevailed? ok. ku sudah mula merepek lagi.
anyway, i’ve read fairuz’s article on metrosexuality and well, a man is really not metro enough if he is not clad in fluorescent pink, so i said and later quoted by fairuz. itu ayat mya ok. *publicity murahan* haha. i should exemplify redza as a metro because he has a bright pink tie, of which i am undeniably in love with, but he just doesn’t have the metro façade. no offence, redza. but this other dude, with his topman pink tie, pink shirt and azwan ali-ness, as danial would say, receives no objection from me about being a metro, whether or not he is oblivious to his sexuality. if you’re reading this dude, jgn marah ye. haha.
my point in talking about guys and pink ties is actually to link them to global warming, as i just couldn’t any longer bear the increasing heat that indirectly induces the formation of pepperonis on my face. do you know that by not wearing neck ties you can reduce the release of energy and help stop global warming? bet you don’t. read about it in the april 9th issue of Time.
so, as much as i love redza’s pink tie, i’m willing to sacrifice my love for the sake of a cooler world to live in. you’ll find me saying these three words religiously from this day onwards, as if they’re the only words i know: ‘energy conservation wey!’
